The plan is month-to-month. No annual contracts. You can cancel with written notice. We’d rather earn your business month after month than lock you in to something that isn’t working.

Remote Support
Billed at an hourly rate in 6-minute increments. We connect directly to your computer and fix the problem — you’re only billed for the time it takes. Contact us for current rates.
On-Site Support
Billed at an hourly rate in 6-minute increments. Scheduled and emergency visits are priced differently. On-site is available throughout South Bend and Michiana. Contact us for current rates.
